If you only have 30 minutes to complete a “1 Workout 4 Life” daily exercise routine, no problem. While it’s not most optimal, I understand…I’ve been there myself. It’s much better that you fill a 30-minute spot in your day with exercise, as opposed to grabbing a latte and scrolling your social media feed. Exercise will be better for both your body and your brain.

The solution here, you might think, would be to cut the last few exercises. However, there is a better way: Cut one (1) set per exercise. This will essentially cut seven (7) sets total out of your daily routine plus the added rest interval attached to that set. Your day’s workout routine will come close to 30 minutes. Watch your rest intervals and simply do your best.

I commend you for making your workout happen even when life tries its best to stand in your way.

To your best health,
~ Matthew
